At Of Cumapazarı Primary School, a library was re-established with donations from BMN members, replacing approximately 4500 books that were rendered unusable in the 2006 flood.

On July 1, 2006, a massive flood struck Cumapazarı, a town in the Of district of Trabzon. The bridge collapsed, the town was filled with stones and mud, and the water supply system was destroyed. The first floor of Cumapazarı Primary School was completely submerged. One of the heaviest losses was the approximately 4,500 books in the library, which were rendered unusable. For a time, not a single book remained in the school.

BMN member Faik Yılmaz initiated the forum on July 18, 2006. Donations were collected at Trabzon Fatih State Hospital (Supplies Department), Cumapazarı Municipality, and the school address.

This figure only covers materials collected through the BMN channel. Additionally, following an appeal featured in Milliyet columnist Meral Tamer's column, two more large boxes of books arrived at the school; it was stated that the school's book needs were met through additional donations from various sources. No cash amount was disclosed; the aid was primarily in-kind (books/equipment).
